Improvements to Photo Gallery

A new "Download Images" function has been added to the Photo Gallery management system to allow users to download all the photos in a category quickly and easily. The system generates a ZIP file for the users to download which contains both the full size and thumbnail images. All associated information such as the title of the picture and the date/time it was added to the gallery is also download, this can be found in an XML file in the archive.
